Not enough bushings/spacers, but I had extra from another product. Was charged a foreign transaction fee for the purchase - not a nice surprise. Overall happy though
I realized I had parts missing when attempting to mount a TV I had purchased. I called DM customer support, was told to send pics of the mount and the model of the TV. A few days later I Recieved the vertical mounts and the TV went on solid with no problems. Thanks very much for the help.

I was missing the mounting brackets to the back of the t.v. I contacted Mounting Dream on a Sunday afternoon and they responded almost immediately, sent them pictures of t.v. model and their bracket. Brackets were ordered, received within 4-5 days. The t.v. is on the wall!
Kudos to the Mounting Dream team. We moved to a new house that had the mount on the wall but no TV brackets. We emailed with pictures and they verified the TV model and the mount and sent the brackets to us. Got in under a week and TV looks good on the wall.
Needed parts for my wall mount that were lost, MD let me know they sell misc hardware replacement parts & got them to me quickly! Great convenience vs buying another whole mount!
